General Manager 总经理

I employed as General Manager, responsible for the 370 spacious guestrooms with the sea view of 180 degrees. Hotel has 3 restaurants with different styles, offering a wide range of delicious food and drinks.  Hotel equipped with 1709 square meters of flexible meeting and function space, including a pillar-less ballroom with 580 square meters and 5 multi-function meeting rooms.

After I was on board, I built a brand new team and set up new sales strategy, by the end of 2019, I turned around hotel market share from negative to positive increase. Also made hotel Buffet dinner to be top 2 Buffet dinner in Sanya Bay area.

Build trust relationship between Owner and Management Company. Reduce associates turnover to 23% from 30%. Increase Ctrip Score from 4.5 to 4.6; Marriott Guest Satisfaction score rank top 9 among 75 Four Points hotel in Asia Pacific.

担任酒店总经理，酒店拥有370间客房，绝大部分都是180度海景。酒店配备三个风格迥异的餐厅，提供多种多样的美食和饮品。酒店的宴会厅面积1709平方米，满足不同的会议需求。

自我上岗担任总经理以来，于很短的时间内，组建团队，改变销售策略，于年底之前，扭转了酒店市场份额不断丢失的状况，拿回了酒店应有的份额。同时让酒店的BBQ海鲜自助餐成为三亚湾排名第二的酒店自助餐；

让业主公司和管理公司之间重新建立起信任的关系，改变之前紧张的的局面，同时降低了员工的流动率从先前的30%到23%， 提高了携程客人的点评分从4.5到4.6；是三亚福朋喜来登在亚太区75家福朋中，客人满意指数排名第9.

I employed as General Manager, responsible for the 201 rooms rebranding from HNA Guest house to be Four Points by Sheraton Danzhou. Successfully cut off on March 31^st 2017 and get the booking in from Brand website. After rebranding, we focus on driving top line double digital increase and makes profit compared to previous operation. At the same time, lead my team improve service standard to a high level, Guest Voice ranking 12 among 67 FP hotels in Asia Pacific. Truly take care of associates, as a rebranding hotel, we keep turnover ratio below 30%. Always Inspire and encourage team to achieve goal.

I was employed as Hainan Area Director of Finance and the Executive Assistant Manager i.c. Finance, Safety & Security, Engineering of Sheraton Sanya Resort. Support daily operation on the three departments. During my tenure, as the key contact person for Lan-Mei Meeting, we got highly compliment from government.

As Area Director of Finance, I provide overall financial support and leadership to the hotels in the Area, ensure that Starwood compliance FPPs are properly followed, financial report are prepared timely and accurately, managing hotels performance to achieve targets and lead and build a strong finance team to support the fast growth of the business. Support Area Managing Director and Regional Office in liaising and communicating with hotel Owners as required addressing Owner Focus.

担任海南区域财务总监兼三亚喜来登度假酒店的行政助理经理监管财务部，安全事务部，工程部，支持这三个部门的日常运作。在我的任职期间，作为澜湄会议的主要联系人，高规格的会议服务赢得了政府的高度赞扬。

I was employed as the Director of Finance for Le Meridien Shimei Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Report directly to the Regional Director of Finance, China with dotted line reporting to the General Manager of Le Meridien Shimei Bay, Beach Resort & Spa.

As such FC role for the pre-opening of the third “Le Meridien” in China. My key responsibility is as follows:

1. Fully understand Management Contract and strictly keep compliance with the items; Budgeted for HOE, and Pre-opening period as well as the budget for first year’s operation.

2. Keep good relationship with Owner, Government, Bank, Tax Bureau, Commercial Bureau etc. to keep pre-opening work goes smoothly.

3. Training Finance associates and builder career path for them

4. Support GM on daily operations.

Hotel opened on November 1^st very successfully.

作为财务总监负责筹备“艾美”在中国的第三家酒店，主要职责是：

1. 深入的理解管理合同并贯彻落实，制定HOE，预开业期间，开业后的预算并严格控制执行预算；

2. 与业主公司，当地政府，税务银行，工商系统保持良好的关系，确保预开业工作顺利进行；

3. 培训财务部的员工， 并为其制定切实可行的职业规划

4. 支持总经理的日常工作。

酒店于2008年11月1日成功开业。

I was employed as the Assistant Financial Controller for Sheraton Sanya Resort, Yalong Bay

As such I am responsible for the day-to-day financial well being of this managed property and supported by staff strength of 26. I jointly manage the needs, reporting and finance environment (including control over income, expenses, assets & liabilities) of a Resort which represents one of Starwood’s most significant contributor in the Asia Pacific region.

Additional Duties:

Assist in building relationship with Owning company.

Assist in English translation needs when required.
